Thornwood transformed residential apartments into commercial units, to provide rental office space for the local community. Due to the location, we had to be very cautious with transferring materials as many pedestrians would pass throughout the day. The works included structural alterations, CAT A interior fit-out, new M&E, new external works to the façade, re-storing existing sash windows and soft landscape.

The client was delighted when we completed on time and on budget with a high standard finish. Working closely with the estate agent and client, they were grateful for our work and excited to get the units on the market.
